On January 25, 2018, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for the first time issued a special award "Best BIM cooperation project", which was awarded to Telia's main building, where the designer of the electrical installation is Melior Projekt OÜ.
"By issuing a special award, we want to recognize the best construction project implemented in the model and thereby stimulate the development of digital construction", said Jüri Rass, Undersecretary for Construction of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
The team: Chief designer Merko Ehitus Eesti AS, creator of the architectural solution PIN Arhitektid OÜ, constructions Estkonsult OÜ, water and sewage department VP Projekt OÜ and heating ventilation Kliimakonsult OÜ.
